Wow! I have some great news to share with you. This spring has proved that Columbia wants more service's from a Realtor. Every listing I had sold quicker and for more money by using my real estate staging techniques in their home. All my clients ( buyers and sellers ) have seen that it takes going the extra mile when it comes to any real estate needs.

Despite the rumors interest rates are still good and a lot of new listings have came on the market. Cynthia Warner of HBC Mortgage has been helping ( educating ) my clients and me on all the different options that are out their right now.

I have been teaching seminars on new home construction. There are so many decisions to be made and that's when you need to have someone experienced on your side. While being the teacher I also become a student by taking classes from SCAR so I can share all the new stuff with you. Knowledge is power!

The 7000 sq.ft dream home on Lake Murray I had listed "'SOLD" what was so amazing is : In the past this dream home had a lot of traffic but no contracts. When I back tracked all the past potential buyers they all told me that the home was wonderful but they couldn't imagine what to do with that much space. You know why? It wasn't warm and inviting it didn't feel like home. After that we got started by adding warm paint colors and setting up the rooms for real living at the Lake. Amazingly it sold quick!
At The Hamptons in Columbia I recently had a new listing for a great couple getting married who was building their first home together. They sent a letter to Century 21 about me and I want to share some of it with you.

My fiance' and I had the opportunity to both purchase a home as well as sell a home with Tiffany at the same time. The fact that she still speaks to us alone is a testament of her unending patience.
